Alumni Center is located on the south side of Dana Avenue. It was constructed as the Coca-Cola Bottling works and opened on November 28, 1938. In 1986, F&W Publications purchased the property and renovated it. The building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986. In 2001, Xavier University bought the building and began another extensive renovation. As of 2014, the facility houses the Xavier Office of Physical Plant, the library annex, and a number of other offices, including University Relations.
