Biographical / Historical
The Xavier Village Student Apartment Complex is located on the southeast corner of Dana Avenue and Victory Parkway. The groundbreaking ceremony was on September 28, 1988. The dedication ceremony was on September 29, 1989. It opened in the fall of 1989.It comprised 56 apartments of either 2 or 3 or 4 bedrooms each.
